The absolute worst internet service provider and “IT service” I have ever seen. Promise what they are unable to provide at a ridiculous cost. If you have any issues, they lie and blame it on you. They have not the first clue about IT and assume you’re ignorant and stupid as they try and shift the blame from them.
Our internet is never at the speed that we pay for, and any time we call about an issue all they ever say is that we may need a new router. We have bought 3-4 routers over the past year or so and I’m fairly certain that’s never been the actual problem. Will be looking for a new isp provider very soon
