  1. I’m writing to express my disappointment in a lack of empathy . The woman at the front desk was impatient , unhelpful and rude . This type of behavior is unacceptable especially at medical facility !!!!

  2. Worst customer service I ever experience. Front desk don’t even acknowledge patients when they arrive and let them stand there for 15 minutes while they are eating and looking at the computer monitor. Will never come back to this place.

  7. I could not be more pleased with this place. The front desk personnel are so nice and accommodating. I was leaving next day in vacation and wanted these tests done prior to leaving. They made it possible!! Techs and doctor were also very nice. I will be back every year!!
