If you want no perks of a modern day bank… not impressed with your website update. It takes even longer for charges to reflect in your account and sometimes takes days to show a charge that used to show automatically.
I always have the best customer service from the 1st step inside the doors to the last one on my way out. Charmaine, Mary Sue and your whole teller staff are amazing! And Stephenie G always has a smile for me when I enter. Keep up the great work!
