Too many people standing in line waiting to check in. If you check in online there should be a self service kiosk to notify staff you’re present. Staff was great yesterday handling the line though.

Long waits and don’t know what they’re doing. They refused to give my daughter an antibiotic for her ear infection (told me it was probably a virus) and she ended up having a ruptured ear drum a few days later since it was left untreated.
