Looks like I should have read reviews prior to going. Common theme rude front staff lost them a patient but they seem so too busy to care anyways.
These people are crooks. Do not go there. I will never go back and recommend that you find someone else. All they care about is money. Went there instead of emergency will rethink that next time.
I really like the doctors Reisz and Schneider, but it seems EVERY TIME I call the main number to make an appointment they are having computer issues and the front office staff are dismissive. I will not be returning here.
Dr. Spencer is kind and helpful, and the appointments never feel rushed. The office always calls me back the same day.

I’ve seen Dr. Reisz and Dr. Kramer here, both are fabulous and worth five stars. The front office staff earns their one star for rude and unhelpful behavior. My experiences with the practice in general have been very good overall, and my dermatologist, Dr. Colleen Reisz, is wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains things well. She is caring and listens to her patients to provide the best possible care that meets their needs.
