Dr. Banno is very nice but the front staff is incredibly RUDE.
The front desk will transfer you to a nurse phone and no one will not ever answer the nurse phone nor Will they call you back when you leave a message.
All the other 1 star reviews say it all. I used to be a patient their but left. I now go to OSF urology, much better.
We spent 2 months calling this place to get an appointment, but to no avail. So we ended up calling a different doctor in another city entirely.
They were always professional and caring group throughout my whole process…..Thank you all! This includes the front desk gals as well.
I wouldn’t know. I was referred here by my doctor and I needed to reschedule. I got a voicemail , I left a message and every time I call I am sent back to that same voicemail. No one has called me back yet and this is pathetic. Go somewhere else.

I came here considering the PRP shot from Dr Banno. The moment I decided I didn’t think it was the treatment I really needed, his attitude changed. The staff is friendly, but they prefer patients who pay for the higher end treatments that insurance doesn’t cover.
