I used to live in Milan TN and the electric bill was way to high for a 2 bed room apartment. Mpu be a shamed. The 2.3 is actually being nice. They don’t care at all, they don’t deserve the one star I gave them.
New to the area and renovating a house that had been vacant for several years. Have to say they have been very responsive to all requests to come out to find lines, meters, etc to help me re-wire, re-pipe, etc.
The absolute worst customer service I have experienced they care nothing about the customers. The ladies up front are rude and hateful nobody will listen in the higher rank because all they want is to keep lining them gold pockets with money from the $350 electric bills
Only utility company I’ve ever been with but they are usually quick to get power back up if there is an outage and can’t say they have ever treated me wrong by any means
I don’t understand many don’t have the funds so have to pay late fees, but for the past five months the late notice have been coming out the day of or one day before cut off. The bill has to be paid but what is the since in sending out the notice at all if it is the day of.
If i could give a negative review i would. Rhonda Bragg has the worst attitude and approach to customer service I’ve ever seen. If they would replace that worthless woman, I believe this would be a great place to do business.
They forget to tell new renters or owners about the hold of the payment you make that is about 3 to 4 days…so my payment was taken out when the bill was paid and then the money came back into my account a couple days later, which allows …
Hoping to boost the rating here. We recently had a storm knock out our power. Although it took a while to get it back on, I called and the gentleman who answered informed me that we were their next stop. My family in Cedar Grove has been on the power grid with them for many years and they are always helpful.
Ladies are still rude. Utility bills are still high, and they honestly do not care about what your situation may be. Had a friends whose husband was on a heart monitor that used electricity from the home and they got behind on 1 bill, …
10:30 Saturday night and a storm just knocked out electricity out. Called the number given on the website to report the outage and no answer. Finally got a recording saying “no voicemail set up”.

Very easy to work with. You can pay your bill online. Always right on top of an issue if you have one. Friendly staff.
