FIRST VISIT WAS CLEARY TOLD BY THE MA THAT I COULD ONLY DISCUSS ON HEALTH CONCERN WITH THE DR….REALLY, CALLED LAST NIGHT AFTER HOURS AND ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED MESSAGE THE PHYSICIAN ON CALL WILL CALL BACK. HMMM…14 HOURS LATER STILL WAITING. CALLED AND CANCELLED ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

  2. Their front office staff and billing staff weren’t very good. I left multiple messages with their receptionists but never got a call back. The provider I saw was ok but the rest of the staff made the experience mediocre.

  3. Something just always goes wrong here. The last time, the refill date was misprinted and it’s been hell trying to figure it out with their admin. I like Dr. Spencer but will likely find a new practitioner soon.

  4. Reception desk is very rude and not communicative to clients and the treatment plans (4 visits) were not effective. Would never recommend a family or friend to go to this doctors office.

  21. Predatory medical practice. Be prepared for the uncovered bills due to the shotgun method of testing that the doctors request without confirming coverage or disclosing to you what is being tested or the results. They will not help you and leave you on the hook with the labs.
