The customer service is excellent!! They do the best they can with the service they provide especially in such rural areas!! We are thankful for them!
As far as gaming goes this is the worst internet on planet Earth. I would even go as far as to say it’s worst than Hugh’s net. And yes I am posting this because I am angry that millry internet made me lag in a game of FORTNITE and cost me the game. Thank you millry, just thank you.
The absolute worst internet EVER!!! And the customer service stinks!! They know it and don’t care because its not like you have another option for service.
Umm where do I start, this internet is not worth any money. I think itās very sad that I have to connect to my hotspot if I play my PS4. I wouldnāt let my dog use this internet itās so baddddddd like trash just stop making internetš ā¦

Lack of customer service..the women know nothing about their own job it’s sad. It’s almost as if they don’t give a sh**. They should let the man of Internet service run the company. He seems to care..
Terrible service. Unreliable service. Refusal to help resolve issues they themselves are responsible for. Childish and unprofessional. If millry communications existed in a part of the world that had more than two isps, they would’ve been out of business a few weeks in.
The internet is NOT worth the money. They also will not allow you to just have internet, instead of having a landline too. Maybe it’s because I’m too used to having internet without one, but I feel like it’s a bit crazy that I have to pay $120 monthly for spotty internet, and a phone I don’t even use. š

I find it pretty ridiculous that a simple 33Gb update on a PS4 game takes 4 days to update because of your terrible internet. If xfinity or some big internet company was to work in this area millry communications would go out of business in a couple hours…

The employees have always been very helpful and friendly, in my experiences, but the internet services and the COST of the internet services (for what you get) are nothing short of atrocious. It should be a crime to charge so much money for such bad DSL internet services.

It’s been two weeks since I signed paperwork to request service and I still have yet to receive service. First hurdle was consent to dig on my land that was previously resolved. Due to there own negligence the paperwork was lost. I have not ā¦
Best I can say is they “offer” internet. Had it for about 8 years now. It has constantly gone out. After the first 4 years of having their techs come out and “check” the equipment, just for them the reset the modem(same thing I do), I quit ā¦
The internet is constantly out and the issue never gets resolved. They have replaced the modem at least 15 times. They ran a new wire above the ground didnāt fix the problem. We now have a wire running through the window and still the ā¦
Paid for my internet to be installed over a week ago and still havenāt had my internet installed! They even called my saying they were going to install it one day and they never showed up and never called me. I have called multiple times ā¦
This place has giving me the run around for 2 weeks away getting my service on paper the technician is supposed to come out and set it up. I have not seen the technician. I do not recommend this company to anyone. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
These guys charge $100 for 100/5 service in Gilbertown and I pay $80 for 1000/1000 in Oxford MS. Considering that they used government grant money to build their fiber network, that’s highway robbery. ā¦

Big inconvenience internet turns off after business hrs for no apparent reason even though your bill is paid so you can’t get any help! you have to wait until the next day just to get something done if it ain’t Friday and you don’t have a job. I can’t stand these folks!!! A big inconvenience!

Would be great if you actually got internet like you paid for. I only want it to work the 2 hrs I get before bed and after work. But one thing that is a certain and you can take to the bank is that they will take your money and not provide ā¦
Absolutely trash company. Insanely expensive for 1995 connection speeds. They keep other companies out and force dial up speeds on the community.
It should be against the law to charge this much money just for internet and the automated service for bill pay is horrible as well as the website and if you have to talk to someone you pull think they would be really nice as much money as ā¦
