DR.Chadwick answered all our questions even seen us before and after our EEG appointment.. We were very happy when we left the building and felt a little more relieved.
Had to ask them four times to send my prescription and sleep study to a medical supply company. Twice, they said the were looking at the study and the prescription, but later they told me they didn’t have it.
It is impossible to make an appointment. I have been calling the clinic in Maple Grove for 3 days and nobody answers the phone. I left a voicemail but never got a call back.
My daughter has a spot on her brain. They refuse to see her again because they cannot get their billing corrected. Filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office.
