They charge extra for paying online or by phone. Trying to get a question answered over phone is difficult. At their location, you’ll experience limited parking and long lines.

Called to report a branch laying across two powerlines in my front yard next to a window where my kids sleep. The branch was about a foot and a half in diameter and was told I would have to call back the next day during normal business hours. What the hell is the point of your after hours service then???????????
Inefficient, lazy, ridiculously understaffed. I would rather pedal a bike all day to generate my own electricity, like that episode of black mirror with the guy from get out. Mishawaka utilies is a joke, full stop.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t pay online! Third party system doesn’t work correctly and caused additional fees. Of course there’s “nothing they can do about it”.
I had a lady named Connie who was extremely nice, she went out of her way to help me transfer services when I was very very sick. She went above and beyond. Very nice ladies here.
It costs nearly $5 extra to pay your utilities online.. I am already paying your crazy high costs.. I wish there were other options. The people are rude, the service leaves something to be desired.
I’ve had an account here for 17 years and they’ve always treated me great. People who are complaining about poor service probably just didn’t pay their bill and got mad that their power was shut off.
I went to set up utilities for our new home, and the representative was very helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond to give extra advice and tips to help make the transition process a bit easier!
Mishawaka utilities (water) was prompt in shutting off water to my practice. They then followed up in timely manner to help again after we needed water restarted post construction
Easy to set up. No need to go through different companies for water and electric. Used auto pay and they email their invoices so you have them available for reprint.

Pleasant experience every visit. Online portal for bill pay is convenient and it is nice it will send you emails when payment is due.
