I tried to get a loan with this company and never received a call back regarding if it went through or not which I thought was unprofessional and very rude….apparently it didn’t go through, so I guess I will be getting a letter in the mail which is good enough from them…BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have been with this credit union for 10 years or longer and I have had nothing but the best experiences every. They are always professional, very friendly, and most of the employee already know me when I come in the bank. The environment is always warm and pleasant.
