  1. I have call this office at least 20 times and I get to a certain point and then the automated voice will not let me get any further or let me talk to a person

  2. Been trying to get an issue resolved for a week now and can’t get anywhere. Can’t even get a supervisor to call me back so this issue can be fixed due to a major screw up on their end.

  4. I sent in my paperwork for titling my car VIA CERTIFIED AIR MAIL and THEY LOST IT. THE WORST, ABSOLUTE WORST. GIVING THEM ONE STAR IS BEING WAY TOO GENEROUS.

  5. They don’t reply to emails and when you call their number after 10 mins of answering the automated questions the recording tells you they are too busy to answer your call. This place is a waste of tax dollars. Surprise.
