This was our home town bank for 20+ years and it was awesome. Not sure what is going on but their service has dropped in the last 6 months and the drive through seems to be closed more than it is open and I have had fraud on my account 3 times in the past few months. Hope they can get back to the hometown bank they used to be.
Do not recommend, terrible customer service, no one calls back after leaving multiple messages over a number of days. Horrible service when trying to resolve any sort of problems
Literally the worst online banking experience of all time. It tells me my password is incorrect, I go to reset it and it never sends an email with the update information. Then it says please contact us and never sends you a phone number to call. They need a software update bad.
I had an exceptional experience with missouri valley. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I always feel welcomed with open arms whenever I’m there.

Been a member 1998. Went to cash checks for wedding they said I could not due to wife not being there. I tried to call up there before I left work and that only to be on hold for 25 min. Then on top of that they were not even busy. Will be canceling my accounts soon. This place and customer service sucks
Great community Credit Union. Saved a lot of money by refinancing our loans with them and have really enjoyed the rewards checking account. Can’t beat an account that gives you money back every month.
They have great service! Made my car buying experience so easy…and made sure I was informed all the way thru to the end. Which is helpful since I hadn’t bought a car in over 15 years. Thinking about moving my account there too. Check them out.

I have banked here for years. Lived in 3 different states and a different country. I always keep my accounts. I have had every car loan threw them. Just had bought another car yesterday. They make thing so easy. Always smiling always friendly. Most employees have been there a very long time. Very warm place with great people.
