Called today to try to set up service and the woman who answered was xtremely rude. Called another company and they listened and were accommodating and coming out tomorrow for a service call. Would definitely not recommend Mitchell’s.
They were friendly & quickly accommodating when I needed an emergency visit for a furnace repair. Will definitely reach out to them for service in the future.
