You guys have like the worst service because whenever you’re getting a bill it’s not until 5 days after the bill then you guys give that like between 5 to 7 days to pay your bill and if not it gets turned off like you guys don’t give anybody amount of time
Mitchell Telecom, and especially Glenda, have provide fabulous service. My mother recently moved rooms in a senior facility, and although their schedule was full for a few days, Glenda reached out after a cancellation and let us know it would be moved up. I’ve experienced nothing but great service. THANK YOU!
