All good but why close on Friday when people get paid on that day really common sense.
This place has the absolute worst customer service of any place I have ever dealt with. The lady working the window has been rude and unhelpful every time I have dealt with her. They also don’t like to work with you if you can’t pay your bill in full and they are closed on Friday! What business is closed on a Friday?!
How can the only water company be closed on Fridays .. Payday .
So if you can’t get in there Thursday they will cut you off untill Monday . That is ridiculous.
Company needs to get with the times. Its absolutely ludicrous that in 2019 I can’t set water service up through my phone. Why the hell do I have to go into the office and take time off work just to set up my damn water when I can set up any other utility through the phone?
I should have read the reviews before I even bother to call and ask for an adjustment on my bill! Everyone’s bad review about this water company is correct! I guess they think we don’t have a choice so they can be rude and treat citizens of Theodore anyway they want. But beware of the golden rule: treat others as you do unto them!

I’ve tried calling several times when their hrs are cleary until 5 pm. They are not open when I call if it’s after 4:30.
