Modern electrical needs to take over inland power companies grid.
I have come to the conclusion that their online bill pay is flawed and they will not admit it. Update…They still will not reimburse the money.

Shut my power off with no notice. Will see if they make it right tomorrow. Meanwhile no power all night in winter with kids. over 40.00 dollars.
This morning at 630 a transformer blew and they had my electricity up in running within 2 ours they are awesome!

Horrible heartless family owned company. With so many people out of jobs due to the virus, still shutting heat/electricity off. Avista said no shut offs but Modern said too bad.

We got a disconnect notice from them because they read our water meter last month (2x a year) and decided we owed more than they had billed us. So instead of telling me, they sent out a disconnect notice over $38. We’ve never missed a bill or even been late. Extremely poor customer service.
Great company. They gave us a $50 credit because they can. They timed the credit around the holidays and the cold weather months. Greatly helped us out! Too bad not all companies do this. Their rates are also very competitive. My utilites in my home are cheaper than when I lived in an apartment!
