Contact person not helpful. I have waited for two weeks to receive my equipment. She said I just had to wait as she had no idea of how long it would take.

Monitor’s TX office has to be the most disfunctional medical supply place in the world. Bad billing, reps who have bad phone skills, etc.
I went there and even after bad reviews from a long time ago…they were phenomenal! They were very professional and courteous as well as informational. The staff was warm and kind. I didn’t have to wait, they were waiting for me. I really have to give them 5 stars for the visit. Thank you, guys!!!
I was in Houston at MD Anderson from Georgia and I had forgotten to bring power supply for my CPap call Monitor Medical Inc. and they were very helpful in getting me what I needed so I could get a restful sleep while visiting MD Anderson.

They are never available to talk to directly. Always necessary to leave a voicemail and it may take a few tries to get a response back. I don’t recommend them as a cpap supplier.
