This place is a joke. $40 for a meter reading (consumer charge) and I don’t even use $40 in electric…..Therefore, over half my bill is just MCEC taking my money. I thought Co-Ops were suppose to help people. Not this one!
These people were a life saver!! My house was the only house on our street without power for 19 hours.They were just getting off of a hard stressful very long day and decided to take there time out of there day to help us! We really appreciate truck #3 and truck #17! Y’all were a true blessing!
Pay the highest electric rates. Power goes out service is just always awful. Just today 3 hrs no power still, my family is freezing. They don’t care, won’t ever give you an update. Take your money but bad service.
