I have been with them for years and do see a lack of consistent training in the last several years. They would have gotten 5 stars a few years back but the “newer” employees don’t seem to compare to the ones that they used to have.
Needed to get money out of my account…drive thru only open so I get in line in the “blue fast track” lane and say there for over a half hour and I needed to leave to get to work because it took way to long and I couldn’t even get out because the way the drive thru is set up and so many cars waiting as well
They have been very prompt about getting back to me whenever I have any issues with my debit card. And are vigilant about protecting ppl from fraud.
Now that they’ve switched to master credit card from visa credit card it’s the worst. I can’t check my transactions or pay and when I’m supposed to pay online anymore. If I want to pay my credit card I have to pay ahead of time.

They are the absolute worst bank!!! They will let you raise your limit per day to spend at a store but they wont let you raise it to pull money from an atm. They provide no help or assistance whe. It comes to their consumers unless you’re directly in front of them. Online banking with them works maybe 2 days out of 5. STAY AWAY
