We waited 7 hours in the er Thayer need more doctors. Our nurse, Casey, was awesome. Otherwise it took too long and we were quite disappointed.

any customer service related staff is very kind, but the hospital itself is incredibly greedy, they do not care about your health they care about charging you the most they can. If not an emergency i encourage others to travel to a different hospital
Very coordinated among specialties, friendly, competent staff, very concerned about patient’s comfort. Only criticism is need to better inform patient on procedure after in room regarding ordering food, where personal care items are, etc.
