They overcharged my dad for months, and it was always an overcharge of $100 or even more, and when he tried to fix the problem and talk to the people that work there, they cussed him out and said very vulgar and rude thing a to him. Very unprofessional!
I never have water issues ! I decend from the water clan, and I know the importance of life ..the people working there always treat me well when I go in ..but I usually pay my bill by phone ,good customer service too!
I moved here from central Texas thinking the water would be more expensive since its desert. I pay a fraction of what I paid in Texas where water was abundant. I have never had anyone be rude to me yet. I also like the taste and quality of the water.
Great experience – signed up quickly and we were on our way. Met the owner Jeff and the staff of two young ladies – all were very kind to me and my family. We had already tried the water (our house was just built) and the taste is better than city water that we are on now. Thank you Moongate for your help!
