The website is incredibly difficult to use. They charge high fees to process payments online and over the phone. Something needs to be done about this.

Yet another reason to move. Everyone pays whether everyone uses. Even service members deployed have to pay for it all if they need to leave any part of it on. Sad state of affairs…

Ridiculous prices.. You have to pay to make your payment.. Pay for pest and forestry charges but yet u step outside u get bit up by mosquitoes..pay recycling charges but you dont get a recycling bin… Gonna move across the bridge next spring so i can justify my money spent…
Very poor customer service skill. Extremely quick to get short and snappy with paying customers. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it happens so consistently.
One star because of shutting off my power with no notice and a ridiculously large price to have it turned back on($150) and not even the same day. That money basically went no where, not even towards my bill.
Everything is 3 times as expensive here as opposed to just across the river, there are always 10 construction projects going on(one that has now nearly taken 6 years(and will probably take 3 more)), and the overpriced power goes out like 8 times a year with or without a storm.

They charge a convenience fee for every payment online (which makes no sense) and they only allow you to pay 300 dollars maximum. So if you owe $305 you will pay 300 with a convenience fee and then pay another 5 with another convenience fee. Pure insanity.
