I know it’s a business but I don’t understand the one-star rating. They have always treated me very well. When I had a problem they fixed it, no questions asked. They have always treated me just fine.
Laziest bunch of utility repairmen in the state. Office staff is friendly, but these guys act like they are doing you a favor to even get out of the truck
Easily the worst public works department of any city in which I’ve ever lived. Even with *video evidence* of a broken meter, they want to say the problem (and the $500 bill!) is my fault, despite the valve having been turned off at the street. Ridiculous!
I was told after i paid my bill that the people would be out at my house to turn the water on, well guess what i was told for 4 hours that they would be at my house and nobody showed up then i called them and still they said the same thing …

When you can plainly see a mathematical error (roughly 10000) in gallon usage and you take your bill to office and draw it to there attention they should at least look at the bill and not just say “pay the bill”. Bottom line is with their …
