Was set up for autopay and after 7 months of on time payments I was late by 2 hours. They shut off my power with no notice and no phone call. Had to pay 461 dollars on a 60 dollar charge on a same day payment. It’s winter and we’re in the middle of a pandemic.
It’s always nice to start a utility service and be given a “WELCOME” gift.
I installed solar for green energy. Its been nothing but a hassle. Tesla solar panels were installed in June. It’s now October and no new meter. The best sun of Colorado has left. I wonder if you want to give solar a bad name?
