I had a very terrible experience trying to refinance my loan. It’s took almost 3 months for them to refinance and they just don’t seem to care.

They’ve lost my payments twice and both times blamed me. I use a payment system that can verify delivery and they are the only company in five years that “didn’t receive” payments. It is rare to get a customer service person that is not incredibly rude.

From looking at the reviews, its like two different companies. My daughter sent in an application and they never returned her phone calls.
