  4. Don’t answer phone. Left voicemail to call back multiple times with no call back. Finally called companies main number and refused to allow call back insisting on talking to someone in AP. Waited for 40 minutes to finally make payment.

  8. My smoke alarm needed the battery replaced, and my security system needed to be reset after I put in the new battery. Mountain Alarm was easy to work with to make it happen without any drama.
