All I came here for is to sign papers and pick up a card. First guy that helped me seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing and then left to help others before he even finished helping me. Ended up waiting an hour and did not communicate anything to me whatsoever. No one knows what they’re doing here.
They said my appointment didn’t matter. That I would have to stand in the line of cars on foot, and wait for a teller window to become available. I left out of embarrassment. I still don’t have an active debit or credit card because of them.
