I redialed the phone number back to back for an hour straight before someone picked up the phone… I think they just got tired of hearing it ring!! I can understand if it’s just a busy day, but EVERY time I have tried to call it is EXTREMELY hard to get in touch with someone here!
Terrible. Never answers the phone. Phone calls back are almost so delayed its pointless. Obvious they do not care about customer service. No way to make automated payments or payments on their website unless you bank with them. I will never do business with them again.
Slow service, especially if trying to reach the bank by phone. I constantly have trouble checking my statements online. The the website is not very user friendly either. In bank tellers are not very personable as well.
Every employee I’ve dealt with has been rude, nice long eye rolls and unresponsive sighs. They act like it’s a problem that they have to help you. I would recommend bringing your business elsewhere. Customer service is far from a priority at the Waynesville branch.
I find the service at Mountain Federal Credit Union to be exceptional. Please remember this is a local credit union and not a national bank conglomerate. They don’t have thousands of people in India answering calls. If you are accostomed to instant gradificaion of the new generation, then bank somewhere else!
