There services are very bad, and I would not recommend them to anybody. I would rather take my chances with Saint Mary’s and Community Hospital in Grand junction.
This place is straight trash and the people are disgustingly rude! I will definitely NEVER be back. And advise ANYONE to find a different doctors office.
If I could give zero stars I would. You can 100% tell its government funded, let me just put it that way. Hope you like being shoved around like livestock.

This is a great place to get health care. They care more about the patients than they do about profit. This is not something that can be said for other providers in the area.
They were late getting me in for my appointment, the front desk staff was very rude, and their billing department apparently doesn’t know how to coff a normal appointment so my insurance won’t cover it. Thank you guys for wasting my time.
Tried to make an appointment but was pushed away to a wait list or a private company due to no insurance. They were not willing to help someone in need of medical assistance.
They double charged me. I pre paid for the nitrous oxide after they made it seem like it was mandatory, then they sent a bill with the same charge. Don’t go here.

Dr. Tonozzi is a great Doctor, who is very knowlegable and has always made sure he gets to the root of each problem I’m seen for. I am grateful to have him as my primary Doctor.
Absolutely worthless and useless very rude staff. Medical eithcs mean nothing. Cant even follow proper lab protocol. They have no idea on proper infection control. They are incompetent, I think proper training needs to be given to all staff. As for the doctors they need to retake law and ethics as well as basic lab procedures.

Can’t say that I’d recommend this health care facility for anything. They are inattentive, miscommunicate doctor’s orders and never answer messages sent on their portal – which by the way, is the form of communication they instructed they prefer. Find better care elsewhere.
