2015 and still can’t do online payments…really?! And the people working at the office are just rude and have terrible customer service. Wish there was another water company to go with. Not pleased at all with this one.
Terrible customer service, they give you incorrect information, you get charged an extra $3.00 every time you pay your bill online, and the hours they are open are terrible so good luck with getting hold of them! I wish I had another option for water!!

honestly worst company ever dealt with. its 2020 and i still can’t pay online or even set up a auto pay. I have checks for this company and my landscaper and i bet my landscaper could set up auto pay. Not to mention they tacking on an extra 50 bucks a month for some fee to reimburse them for a loan they got from AZ.
Only accept cash, no phone payments and I never use checks, very difficult to get to when you are a busy person and they are closed for lunch at the same time normal people are, making it even harder to pay the bill. Still in the old days or cooking the books. Either way not happy with them and if I could change company’s I would.
No problem overall but they need to have web-based payment options for people who live out of town. It was always a pain to drive over there to drop a payment off when I lived in AZ, and still is painful while I live remote to pay. But I had no other option to go with so they have no competition and thus no reason to change.
