New to this are but so far the lady that answered my call the most polite person to talk to understanding about being new to the area I hope the rest of my experience is just as pleasant
This is a company the public service commission needs to investigate! These are the rudest most arrogant people I have ever deltt with. Questionable business practices and billing errors.
Well, I read the reviews first but not our experience. We rent property so always shutting on and off. They work with us, call when water usage is high and get water on and off same day. Sometimes the field unit guys aren’t too friendly but office is always friendly.
Thieves and liars. Mountain Top Water and the small amount of women running it have atolen my money and turned me off 23 days after paying the bill in full. They will shut you off when your deposit has it covered have changed the rules …
This place is the worst just because we have no other option for water around here they think they can treat their customers rude and nasty and when you’re trying to talk they talk over you and hang up. when you try to call back they won’t …
Crooks and liars. Very rude and nasty charge reconnect fee even when u pay same day because your pay Day falls after bill comes out. Bill came in mail late due to no fault of our own. Will not make payment arrangement will be contacting Better Business Bureau and various other Departments to investigate these crooks!!!

Friendly service, have always been helpful to us as we rent many properties that change hands regularly.
