Billing and check in customer service department were not in sync resulting in non insurance coverage. We ended up paying entire bill plus finance charge. Insurance company stated Mountain View could have used situation as a write off as protocols on their side were not followed. They chose not to, and not to work with us.

Document all conversations/interactions regarding billing with Mountain View! I paid a bill over the phone in December. They did not process the payment and want me to pay the late fees accrued because of their mistake.
