Our care was lacking. A six hour wait diagnosis of dehydration. No water,no care given except for blood work and a short doctor look see. Many others in same position. If he had been alone it would have been bad. He came in by ambulance after collapsing at home.
Even though the ER was very crowded, once I was in the CDU unit my care was excellent. Everyone was courteous, caring and professional.

While the emergence waiting room experience leaves a lot of room for improvement, your staff both in the ED and the 4th floor are phenomenal. They are hard working and caring. They did everything within their power to make sure I was well taken care of and as comfortable as humanly possible.
