I went on Saturday and front desk and back office treat me well. Is the only urgent care that it was open on Saturday.
My family and I have visited 5 times this year the wait time was short office is clean, inviting and comfortable, the NP was very thorough and receptive every visit. Will not go any other place.

I am really disgusted with this place. They were far more concerned with payment than treatment. And, after weeks of needless pain, it now turns out their diagnosis was all wrong. I would drive miles out of my way to avoid this place — or guess a diagnosis and treat myself.
Came in at opening on a Saturday morning for an issue with my hand and foot. Very clean facility and short 10 minute wait before being seen by Dr.Marinello who was very professional, courteous and caring towards me and about my condition.
My son and I both needed to see a doctor,each for different reasons. We were treated with friendliness,kindness and respect. Everything was explained to us. Treatment for his leg was taken care of. As for me my illness was seen and was given medicines. With a follow up. GREAT PLACE!!!!

Hands down the worst and most expensive urgent care. DO NOT come here for your Hawaii safe test, they will not get the results in time for your flight and will not take responsibility. $275 should be expedited service and follow up. 0 stars.

Stephanie front desk is extremely rude. Nurse practitioner injured my sinus administering the Covid test. I left with sharp pain in my head and burning and stinging nose. She exited the exam room promptly after administering the test, did not ask how I was feeling and called out “have a nice day” as I left in tears.
I will never come to this place again, Diana is rude & condescending; they run the waiting room as if people were cattle.
