Rude on the phone. Never notified us that our policy was cancelled. Took eight months to receive the refund for overpayment (almost $1,000). We had policies with them for 3 1/2 years and it’s been one problem after another.
Agents provide top-notch service and advice. I know that if something were to happen to me or my family, it would only take one phone call to my agent’s office and then we could focus upon what was most important.
