Late with trash. Been 6 weeks and still haven’t picked up the yard trash. Will pick up trash and drop it all over the road and not pick it up. Poor service!
Driver drove past last Thursday as I was taking trash to curb.contacted company and still not picked up 5 days later .they did pick up next door yesterday.
They pick up when they want too not when your told. Update!!!!! They are just that trash. Wednesday is the official pick-up day and guess what????? Still a full can.
They posted some trash cans for sale on Facebook so I call before I go because I live an hour away. The lady that answered says yeah come on but once I get there they say all the trash cans have been sold. All I got was sorry. Seems like they could have reserved a few cans for me.
We’ve always gotten great service from Mr Trash. The drivers always go the extra mile and the office staff is always curteous and helpful. I always recommend them.
Poor accounting and organization. Billed twice after months of no service, had payed in advance when had service. Payed both bills to save the hassle. Was contacted by collection agency. No contact nor explanation from Mr. Trash. Will not use their service again.

Every trash round the truck sits in the very middle of the road making it impossible and unsafe to go around them. 7 am in the morning everyone is leaving for work and school. They refused to move out of the middle of the road even after honking in front of them AND getting out of my car to ask them
