Why would the office say that they are open when in fact they are closed? It is ridiculous, every time we go to pay the water bill, they are closed. At least put a sign on the door stating something!!!
Poor service, poor CUSTOMER service, rude as hell. Raised rates by almost double since taking over operation, and service has been out three times in the past two weeks. And no one seems to care or have any answers. Outrageous.
MSO has some of the rudest customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. They also offer very poor quality service as far as work orders go to.
