They did not even clean out prior tenants items let alone filth, they were terrible about fixing things and fixed everything half-ass, had to take them to court to get deposit back. Poor people skills.

MSP staff were incredibly helpful with not just the process of leasing, but also in addressing a few minor issues that needed attention. Moving is never easy, but moving during a pandemic is even more stressful. It was reassuring to know and truly feel they were there to help.
