Never open when you need to go to the office (lunch hour), even though there are obviously people inside. They might want to think about staggering lunch hours. You can’t pay online. There is not an option on the bill to pay by credit or debit card. Not very customer friendly.
No automatic payment, no payment by phone, does not accept debit or credit card. The only way to pay your bill is in person and their hours are terrible. They say you can but a check through the door to pay your bill but they often lose it and shut off your water anyway. Terrible company that does not care about their customers.

Don’t follow CPUC Laws!, Charge a late fee for a bill 1 Day Late and They will threaten to shut off Your water without a Written 10 Day Mailed Notice as required by Law. The water is NOT SAFE TO DRINK by State of California Standards.
