Customer service is awful! If you dont want to work with people dont take job that requires this effort. We were told our water would be turned back on today and its 6:00 and we’re still without water.
My water has a strong chemical smell I called to see if there were any warnings or anything. They said they would call me back and I never got a call back! My water still smells strongly of chemicals.
All good. 2014-16 theynwouldvdounle our bill every December. Told me I must of had extra company etc. But nothing had changed. They sent a guy with blue stripes. No leaks. They just couldnt figure it out. But we all knew the deal. Been low every since , normal.

The water is very bad to drink , you need to buy water for coffee, to drink, to use for baby milk and for young kids.
