Just wanted to commend all who worked on the power outage that occurred south of Baker last week. Have never had anything but excellent service from Mt. Wheeler in the 23 years I have lived in this area .The local employees have always been right on top of any issues that arise and just appreciate Mt. Wheeler Power as a whole. Thank You
Was not happy that i was treated very poorly here, not being believed and being threatened to turn off my power was horrific. Believing a drug dealer over a member was humiliating. Not believing the landlord was degrading. Service to members needs to be upgraded, maybe more customer service training. Very poor service
Friendly staff, quick with processing payment and very helpful with any questions and changes to my information that I needed to be done while in there.
They do a great job, like everyone there is the occasional personnel problem, but overall a 10 out of 10.
