  1. Great, forgot my debit card in the machine. A customer found it and put it in the night box and went to pick it up at the bank. Easy process. Took like 5 minutes. Was glad this customers was honest enough to return it. Thank you customer.

  2. Was one minute due to traffic and was rejected, sorry that I work across town and get out at 5 pm. The teller was very rude and basically hung up the video call before I could say something else. Horrible customer service, we all deserve a bad day but thank you for making mine worse.

  4. If you’re not a member you can’t cash your check in the drive through, for no reason. The lobby is not open on Saturdays and there’s nothing you will do different if you go to the lobby to cash the check, you still need your ID, the process is exactly the same and yet they will refuse. Makes no sense.

  7. For the first time, I accessed the e-teller on the website. I inquired about the safe deposit boxes, their sizes and fees. The reply came quickly and gave me all the information I needed. I will open a box with them very soon.
