  5. Recently my apartment complex switched to Multifamily utility company and the difference in customer service was incredible. Paying my bill is much easier and understanding my usage is much more straightforward.

  6. The worst!! my Bill has never been accurate and they are even trying to charge me for months that I’m not responsible for. I’ve sent them registered mail and have yet to receive any communication from Multifamily regarding my bill. If I move again I would never rent from any place that uses these people.
