  1. On hold for 30 minutes and counting….seriously! Call cannot be that important as the recording says. Question cannot be answered on their website or I would have gone there first.

  3. Absolutely terrible customer service, inconvenient hours of operation, fees are charged for everything. They take advantage of the communities that they service and show no care for them.

  4. I can’t believe that despite many people losing their jobs, they are still charging late fees. Terrible management, they don’t care about people at all.

  5. We are struggling financially. Called to pay half and other half next pay. After paying half we get a shut off notice if the rest is not paid by 11-15-18. That is a day before payday.

  8. Taylor and Nancy were a great help when we went through a system error and had water shut off not only did they come same day to turn it back on but waived all the fees and sincerely helped us.

  9. No one ever has information and can’t get it for you. They don’t keep a schedule. they aren’t worried about your service. Dealing with them is awful. No way a non government entity could stay in business doing things this way.

  10. Water Main Break destroyed my house and I was told under an Immunity Clause they are not responsible for damages. It took over 2 HOURS for someone to get to my property. Get flood insurance! You are going to need it!

  12. Lack of care for customers. Before a shutoff suppose to post a paper with a 48 hour notice. They will come out and shut you right off …so they can profit off the turn on fees. It’s a shame the way they conduct themselves.

  15. I am currently living at an apartment on Main Street within Mount Pleasant, no warning or indication of a “major upgrade” coming to their supposed very “sophiscated” system. This “very intricate and lengthy process” as I was told rudely on the phone came as a surprise and is reaching the 24 hour mark.

  31. MAWC refuses to do more than patch the water lines in Leechburg. The line on Grant Ave has broke 5 times since April 2020. It’s AUGUST and it just broke again.
