The customer service was on point. The representative that helped me get my power setup was so helpful and very informative. She was very helpful and even suggested some parks in the area that my son and I could go visit.
You changed the web page and do not have a pay on line option. It only shows instructions to understand the new account number. I call to pay over the phone and the number is not working. Way to ruin a good thing.

I am proud of Murray’s utility service. They offer quality service with high reliability and low prices. They responded my requests quickly and efficiently. They have demonstrated what local governments should be. As a resident of the city, I glad to have their service.
If you want to speak to an actual person from this company, expect to wait 25+ minutes for someone to pick up. This is the third time that I have called with a very simple question about my account and have had to wait on hold for a half hour only then to speak with someone who has zero interest in talking to me.
The new online bill pay option is a big improvement over the old system. The learning curve is steep for some but not that difficult. There needs to be an option to stop receiving my bill by mail.
Janet was super quick and helpful when I called to start services for the first time. She also provided my account # and customer ID when I needed to provide them to my new accommodations. 5/5 definitely recommend 🙂

Our water gets turned off for hours at a time, and we do not get advance notice. Like today, right now.
