  5. I am proud of Murray’s utility service. They offer quality service with high reliability and low prices. They responded my requests quickly and efficiently. They have demonstrated what local governments should be. As a resident of the city, I glad to have their service.

  6. If you want to speak to an actual person from this company, expect to wait 25+ minutes for someone to pick up. This is the third time that I have called with a very simple question about my account and have had to wait on hold for a half hour only then to speak with someone who has zero interest in talking to me.

  7. The new online bill pay option is a big improvement over the old system. The learning curve is steep for some but not that difficult. There needs to be an option to stop receiving my bill by mail.
