For what you pay for it sucks. You can’t do anything online and when you try to its slow and has to buffer all the time. Sucks. Do not spend your money on this company.
For sure the worst thing i have ever experienced and ive only had it for a day. For what they charge it should not be this slow. Already looking at other options.

Awful service and internet I would not recommend using this isp for your internet I have tried to resolve my internet issues with Mvtv but to no avail. And most times it seems like they have no idea how to help.

Not a fan, internet outages happen so often to the point that I have actually lost track on some weeks. I don’t think we’ve had a week lately where it hasn’t gone down at least once a day, usually it can be 3-5 times a day, sometimes more.
Have Had MVTV for a couple of months and can say that their service is excellent, their prices are good, if you have problems they walk you through step by step, they take the time to answer all questions and I will recommend them to anyone who asks

When it worked it was awesome! However, we have an issue either on our end or theres. We have had techs out 2 times to fix the issue. All new equipment and it still doesn’t connect to computer. I have had to increase my data package with phone service because this internet isn’t reliable.

I love MVTV. The internet might not be the speeds I desire (currently at 2.5Mb/s, would like to be able to upgrade to 5Mb/s) but the internet is reliable and stable. Never have issues streaming on multiple devices with very little slow down.

During covid, MVTV’s wireless internet service makes it possible for me to easily work from home effectively. And my son is now able to complete his college finals from the safety of our home.
