Upgrading my current system went much faster than I expected. The technician (Chuck) was very efficient and knowledgeable. My upgraded system was installed without a problem and all my questions or concerns were answered.
Buyer beware, even if above your name on the contract it says you want to be notified before auto renewal takes place you will not get that notice. Then when you can’t get service and want to cancel, they want you to pay anyway. Poor customer service from Guard-O Matic and My Alarm Center.
