I like My Psychiatrist PLC. Dr. Martens and Dr. Adhikari are nice and professional. I am happy with the services I am receiving. The receptionists are also friendly. Dr. Martens and Dr. Adhikari both deserve raises.
i have been forced to change doctors 3 times in less than a year, cant find another place in my area that takes my insurance. they never answer the phone, bad customer service, and terrible staff that dont know what theyre doing.
Absolute nightmare dealing with the pharmacy and here for a simple prescription refill, really disappointed. The entire office goes out for lunch at the same time too apparently so don’t expect any help during that time

They put me on a drug that cannot be stopped, and then told me they couldn’t do an emergency refill until I came in, despite it not being a restricted drug. They only did this for money, and didn’t care I am suffering.
